Mango Tiramisu for Mom’s Sweetest Day


A mango tiramisu with hints of saffron and cardamom because our moms deserve desserts that feel a little extra special this Mother’s Day.


Ingredients:

• 10–12 ladyfinger biscuits

• 1 cup mango puree

• 200 ml whipping cream

• 250 g mascarpone cheese

• 3–4 tbsp condensed milk

• ½ cup milk

• ½ cup mango juice

• A pinch of cardamom powder

• Few strands of saffron

• Fresh mangoes for topping


Method:


Dip the biscuits into the mango milk mixture with saffron and cardamom. Layer with mango puree and the whipped mascarpone cream mixture. Repeat the layers, top with fresh mangoes and chill for 3–4 hours. Creamy, fruity and one of the easiest summer desserts to make at home.
